E-commerce Credibility
There are many ways in which a consumer can decibe whether an e-commerce website is credible or not such as, looking for a digital certificate and a secure website which is represented by a lock image at the top of you screen or by the letter S in https:/. Secondly if the website has facebook and twitter links then you would know it is publicised and is credible and safe to make a purchase within.

It allows you to recieve updates on content from the site you are most interested in. My Internet Infrastructure
To be able to survive in this fast paced, modern life one needs a very fast and good quality internet connection that is why my internet connection is created via the Vodacom network. It is a guarenteed high speed connectivity with their two high speed access solutions, the first being the 'Dedicated Internet Access' product which is best if you need more connectvity within your city and bandwidth usage rather than a lot of international use in which case you could chose their second option being the 'Internet Premium'. Vodacom helps you gain more with fast, reliable internet connectivity and being able to transfer high data capacities. They have many access medium options such as microwave, satellite, diginet and fibre. Their connectivity costs are fairly good and we get a connectivity service through an all-fibre network infrastructure from vodacom and we benefit from very good quality service and a better customer experience as well as reduced packet loss.

Question 5 & 6 - UTF- 8 Encoding
UTF stands for uniform transformation format and the 8 means that it uses 8 bit blocks, which is 1 byte, and this symbolises each character. The number of blocks that is needed to symbolise each character ranges between 1 - 4. UTF is a compromise character encoding. The nice thing about UTF is that no character will have zero bytes when it is encoded. UTF will always be a compatible encoding system as long as there are no characters longer than 127 presented directly.

Social Networking - Technology that influences internet users relationships with others.
So as we all know, social networking has taken the world by storm. It is the modern way of making friends and interacting with them on a daily basis wherever they may be in the world.
Here are some examples of social networking sites:
1. Twitter: this is a site that allows us to follow the everyday actions of the rich and famous as well as your lovable family and friends. You can add pictures or look for advice or create an account that can give advice or anything of your choice.
2. Facebook: this is probably the most popular social site ever created. It allows you to upload photos and tag your friends in them, it allows you to post on other peoples timelines and more importantly you can decide who is allowed to be your friend or not.
3. LinkedIn: this is a business social site that allows you to find and catch up with past and present colleagues. It also allows you to seek advice from people in the career field you wish to join and also have inside connections to new business opportunities.
